Kwixand is Looking for a Marketing Content Creator

The Opportunity


You will play a critical role in building out Kwixand’s content library and owning the end to end production of thought-provoking blog posts, white papers and case studies - from research to creative/design.


The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for educating and driving brand awareness of Kwixand’s solutions through content, social media, email, and public relations. The ideal candidate is a prolific writer with experience in digital content creation, website content updates, copywriting, editing, storytelling, corporate communications, public relations, and blogging. Experience with technology and B2B/enterprise SaaS is strongly preferred.


We are looking for a prolific and talented content creator to write and produce various types of downloadable content and blogs. You will build out Kwixand’s content library, which encompasses solution and value-driven content (customer success stories, white papers, case studies, blogs, and social media posts) as well as thought leadership content.

The Role - Copywriter/Content creator


  • You will help create and manage our content calendar and strategy.

  • You will be responsible for the creation, copywriting and publishing of relevant and original content on our social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and our website.

  • You will work with the Director of Sales and Marketing on paid content campaigns such as LinkedIn ad campaigns to generate leads and awareness.

  • You will set and implemented SEO strategy for our web presence, as well as performing periodic SEO audit and optimization of existing and new content to drive continuous growth in organic search and keyword rankings.

  • You will create and maintain reports on content-related activities, effectiveness, and business impact.

Social media Management

  • You will help build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

  • You will create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.

  • You will monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.

  • You will run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., social media account engagement, LinkedIn Instagram and Facebook stats, etc.).

  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.

  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.

  • Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

  • Have a strong and strategic understanding of social media marketing and online advertising

The Work


While concepts, brand messaging, blogging, ad campaigns, social posts, and executing content strategies are part of the mix, we're principally looking for writers who can turn words into actions. Driving success for our clients is paramount.


To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Must be fluent in social media writing, posting and campaign management on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn

  • Experienced with SEO and marketing analytics

  • Enjoy writing website content — blog posts, articles, listicles, how-tos, etc

  • Think through solutions and have a point of view; we value opinions, expertise, and effort

  • Be motivated, innovative and creative

  • Have experience writing engaging copy that drives results

  • Take pride in building strong relationships through written words and with real-life teams

  • Aware of what's happening online, and should follow best-in-class marketing campaigns and all things social media.

  • Strong work ethic and an obsessive eye for detail

  • Spelling and grammar. These need to be excellent.

  • The desire to deliver work that makes people stop and take notice

  • A can-do attitude, sense of humour and team spirit

  • At least two years’ experience, with results you can summarize


Qualifications (Must-haves)


  • 2+ years of proven experience in writing effective content across a broad range of marketing channels and formats, including case studies, white papers, thought leadership posts, product-driven content, social media posts, etc.

  • Experience in designing and formatting documents

  • Graphic design skills and experience designing marketing collaterals such as brochures and white papers is a must

  • Proven experience in communicating complex concepts in a simple and concise manner

  • A positive attitude and flexibility in responding to changing requirements and priorities


Nice-to-Haves


  • Experience with B2B Saas (Enterprise Saas is a huge plus!)

  • Experience writing press releases, interviewing thought leaders, and co-authoring content with other organizations

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in content writing for B2B software/technology solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year
