Here’s everything you need to know about this offer and how you can go about claiming it.
What's the Deal?
Instead of renewing your Dynamics 365 Enhancement Plan upfront for a year, you can now take the opportunity to save money on your EP renewal with a new monthly payment scheme. You’ll also have access to the cloud version of Business Central to test it and plan a potential move to the Cloud.
What Are the Benefits?
Companies who qualify for this offer can leverage the following benefits where applicable:
Positive cash flow
You’ll be able to improve your cash flow with the monthly billing payment plan – this is especially beneficial if you’re a small or mid-sized business. Customers can subscribe for one year with the option to automatically renew for two years.
Evaluate a migration to the cloud
As you’ll get access to the cloud version of Dynamics 365 Business Central, you’ll be able to test the software and decide whether upgrading from your current on-premises solution is the right fit.
Affordable pathway to the cloud with a 60% discount
If you decide to switch to the cloud version of Business Central, this promo offers you a significant discount. For every one concurrent user you currently have in on-premises solution, Microsoft will give you three named users, plus an extra. For example, if you are a company using NAV or GP with ten concurrent users, you’ll get 40 named users when you move to the cloud version of Business Central. You’ll have three years to claim this part of the offer, giving you time to plan for an upgrade properly.
Who Can Claim This Offer?
This offer is applicable for existing customers currently using Dynamics 365 Business Central (on-premises), Dynamics NAV, Dynamics GP, or Dynamics SL, and have an active EP subscription. There are also a couple of questions you’ll need to answer about your organization to see whether you qualify.
What Happens When You Claim The Offer?
When you change your annual EP licensing to this monthly billing model, there will be no operational effect or change to your current environment, or any changes to the functionality, licensing or price you are paying on a yearly basis. You are simply leveraging the cash flow benefits of a monthly billing model. You're also given an option of migrating to the cloud in an affordable way.
However, if you decide to stay with your on-premises solution and not migrate to the cloud after three years of claiming this offer, you simply will transition back to the EP program and revert back to your license as it is now.
