How Our 2 Phase Implementation Works
Phase I is a fixed-fee proposal project that typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. In this phase, our professional services team does a deep dive into your business processes to fully understand your functional requirements. Then, the team analyzes the Dynamics 365 software you have selected to assess which requirements are available out of the box, identify gaps, and design solutions to offer a fully functional solution that addresses all your needs. At the end of this phase, you will receive a project plan and schedule, as well as a no obligation proposal document with the fixed-fee implementation price for your new Dynamics 365 solution.
Phase II typically takes between 3 to 6 months, depending on the complexity of the proposed solution plan. This phase includes the implementation proposed in Phase I, along with go-live support and automatic enrollment in our Customer Care Program.
