Client Support Representative

Canada (Remote), Full-Time

About the Role


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Support Representative to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in triaging, monitoring, and resolving client support requests related to Dynamics 365 Business Central and the Power Platform. You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate handling of incoming support issues, escalating when necessary, and providing a great customer experience through responsiveness and your problem-solving expertise.

Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor incoming support requests via designated channels

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Business Central and Power Platform

  • Assign and escalate support requests to appropriate team members when needed

  • Track and document support activities, solutions, and updates in internal systems

  • Collaborate with consultants and developers to troubleshoot more complex cases

  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to support documentation and knowledge base

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through


Qualifications


Required


  • 2+ years of experience in software or solution support roles

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft environments

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Preffered


  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

  • Experience working with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and business process flows
