Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. As the CRM Consultant, you will be involved in all aspects of implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to analyze their business needs, design effective CRM solutions, and guide them through implementation, configuration, and optimization to maximize the value of their investment.
What You'll Do
Process Optimization
Meet with clients and prospects to analyze and understand their processes and requirements and produce analysis reports detailing your conclusions and recommendations
Translate requirements into CRM configurations, identify gaps in system functionality compared to client’s requirements, and propose solutions
Design and implement best practices and scalable solutions
CRM Implementation & Support
Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations) for clients across different industries.
Configure CRM systems to meet client-specific and operational requirements
Support clients throughout the deployment of the CRM solution, including the design, integration, configuration, customization, and testing of the implemented solution
Actively work on resolving technical issues and establishing improved solutions.
Provide post-implementation support and address client queries or issues
Client Engagement & Training
Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and pain points
Deliver training to end-users and client teams on CRM functionalities
Build strong client relationships to ensure project success and client satisfaction
Technical Expertise
Collaborate with technical teams to develop customizations, integrations, and reports
Oversee data migration and integration ensuring data integrity
Stay updated with CRM system updates, new features, and industry trends
Professional Experience
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Project Operations, combined with a minimum of 3+ years of experience
Experience and knowledge about Copilot and Power Platform
Experience in MS Dynamics such as configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting, is an asset
Experience implementing custom Dynamics Business processes and workflows
Experience in developing work plans, project scopes, and presentations to assist in selling work to clients
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders (at all levels) across the organization
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Project Management, or relevant field.
Existing Microsoft certifications are an asset and having the motivation to obtain new Microsoft certifications
Proven organizational, written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels within an organization
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work in a self-directed manner, and develop strong working relationships with clients
Proven track record of delivering successful results
