Clients that have completed an implementation of Business Central or a Power Platform solution with Kwixand will automatically be enrolled in the program with options to increase coverage or bypass the program and receive hourly billing for support services instead. However, for the vast majority of clients, a Customer Care Plan offers significant cost savings compared to hourly support billing, with some clients saving over $1,000 a month!


Additionally, Kwixand Customer Care isn’t just for Kwixand implementation clients. Any organization using Business Central or Power Platform can register for the program to receive industry leading care from the experts at Kwixand.

Customer Care Pro


Customer Care Pro is our foundational level of care and the default plan for automatic enrollment. With Customer Care Pro you receive unlimited, on-demand support for any and all technical issues within your Business Central or Power Platform solution. This ensures that your system is fully operational so that you can access all the tools you need and start taking full advantage of your new solution with minimal slow-down to operations.


In addition to technical support, you will also receive expert training assistance for teams of up to 5 licensed users to ensure that everyone on your team knows how to use the new programs. This not only makes it easier for your team to transition but also increases user adoption and confidence.



What makes Kwixand’s training stand out is we don’t just teach you once and leave you to figure things out, we are there for you, on-demand, throughout the life of your Customer Care contract to answer specific question on how to navigate, access, and complete the specific tasks you need to perform during your day-to-day operations.


Customer Care Pro plans are available at a fixed price starting at $500 per month, billed annually. This plan is ideal for companies looking for out-of-the-box functionality, are not receiving the level of support needed from another implementation service or who have already completed one or more implementations, upgrades, or migrations with Kwixand Solutions.


Customer Care Premium


By upgrading to Customer Care Premium, you gain access to additional benefits on top of the support and training services included with a Pro plan. First, there is no limit to how many end-users are eligible for training and even extends to new team members, making Customer Care Premium an ideal plan for businesses that are looking to expand.


In addition to these services, you will also receive 2 hours of prepaid consulting and/or development time each month. This allows you to make custom alterations to your Business Central or Power Platform solution for a more tailored experience.


In order to ensure that your customizations are always operating at their peak, a Customer Care Premium plan includes Microsoft update monitoring and post-update customization alignment. You will also receive an annual solutions audit so you can be sure that you are using the newest and best solutions that fit your exact needs.
